What a way to begin a year than with two of fashion's most recognisable faces, Kate Moss and Gigi Hadid. We have a feeling Stuart Weitzman might have just found the perfect way to start 2018 with his spring campaign shoot.
Stuart Weitzman has a talent for casting only the best of the best supermodels in its campaigns. For as long as I can remember, the worldwide known shoe brand has had ad’s that have been fronted by Gisele Bündchen and Natalia Vodianova, as well as other big names. Mashing up the mix of beach babe bohemian Gigi and edgy rock goddess Kate, it was bound to set the multi generation milestone. And would you believe it or not, it is the first time the two iconic models would of been shot together for a campaign. Shot by the legendary Mario Testino, Kate and Gigi, appeared like they were BFF’s, crossing over all their ligaments to create the perfect shot of Stuart Weitzman's spring styles. including the Iris mule and Fringe Dust crystal-embellished heels. I am in oar of the black moto boots, which the two models are shot posing on top of male model Jordan Barrett… *act casual*. As well as these, the firm favourites have been the Iris Mule, which Gigi has said is a must have in wardrobes this season. A girl's best friend is a pair of shoes, and what better way to add to your collection than these.
But if you aren’t already practically stalking Gigi Hadid on Instagram with her care free selfies and fashion moments, then she took it upon herself to share some
behind-the- scenes photos alongside Kate, which she shared was one of her modeling heroes, Kate the Great.
Spring 18 has had to of already had the best fashion campaigns and it is shaping up to be a season of clashing the old and the new, the best and the talented of the supermodel world. From Versace's spring 2018 campaign that featured Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell and Kaia Gerber, there is alot to look out for in the year to come.
