These wings were made for flying.. No, no. They were made for one of the most talked about catwalk shows.

The worldwide watched fashion show, which started in 1995, has emerged style and all things fantasy, providing us 60 of the best models living to strut the catwalk. Victoria’s Secret has been a show that created young girls walking around the living room in their mums heels, costumes with wings and older women admiring the chic lingerie. The admiration defiantly comes from watching the angelic models gracefully carrying heavy wings on their backs without falling over.. Where are their medals?!

This event saw some of our favourite fashion models such as Angels Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima, to the best newcomers such as Winnie Harlow and Romee Strijd.

Would arguably describe this show as one of the most colourful ones to date; with the last show from them in 2018 they had to go out with a bang (and an elegant one it was...). But what better what to do that than with collaborating the designs with some designers that are to look out for in 2019?! The collaboration with Mary Katrantzou brought extravagant prints to the runway, creating a floral masterpiece.

"Everything that Victoria's Secret creates is about a woman feeling confident and empowered - and also having fun with what she is wearing"

Katrantzou said prior to the show.

Isn’t it every girls dream to be draped in diamonds and jewels?! Imagine it being a bejewelled bra that has had 2,100 Swarovski diamonds hand sewn onto it. Oh wait, that happened for Elsa Hosk. The gorgeous blonde had been selected to wear this years ‘Fantasy Bra’. And when you get the opportunity as an Angel to wear the famous bra, then it means she's a big deal. This years ‘Fantasy Bra’ has been valued at $1 million!! Taking over 930 hours to create and has over 71 carats in the centre piece *pick jaw up from the ground*.

For the girls pretending to be in Hosk’s shoes, then the next piece of news will be right up for you… For the first time ever, customers will be able to purchase a version of the fantasy bra (made with real Swarovski crystals). It will cost £195/$250 and will go on sale this month. Say goodbye to your savings!

Whilst we wait till December 2nd for the show to be aired, lets take a look at some of our favourite outfits from this diamond studdedyear show.
