Louis Vuitton Resort collection 2020 took place yesterday at the TWA Flight Center in New York, following the usual aesthetic of the Maison’s creative director Ghesquière, who, from the beginning, has always favored futuristic locations to set his shows in.
Architecture and design are indeed Ghesquière’s first inspirations, together with science fiction. The Resort Collection put on the stage modern looks, clean and impacting lines, stiff shapes and metallic colors. It’s like a call to dream about nebulous planets and endless spaces.
