The Spring Summer 2020 collection showcased by Isabel Marant at Paris Fashion Week is inspired by the summer season and the festival style.
Minidresses in light colors and fringed shorts, therefore, but there is no lack of proposals for the evening, too: the show was closed by Adut Akech, the model of the moment, who wore a black leather jumpsuit, which was tight at the waist and decorated with studs.
The cast of this show includes many famous faces, including the aforementioned Adut Akech, Kaia Gerber, Vittoria Ceretti, Irina Shayk, the 90s top model Eva Herzigová and Gigi Hadid. As for the male cast, we'd like to mention the young Berlin model Leon Dame, who has been on everyone's lips since he closed the Maison Margiela show with his peculiar walk.
Overall this collection maintains a relaxed and carefree tone, certainly in line with the spirit of eternal youth that has always characterized the Isabel Marant brand. The term youth does not refer, however, to an age, but rather to the character and the way of being: for example, by casting 46-year-old Eva Herzigová, Isabel Marant proves us that her looks have no age limits.
