"PFW: Mugler SS20"

Mugler's Spring Summer 20 collection is openly inspired by the 80s and 90s by Thierry Mugler, the founder of the brand. The keyword is sensuality.

It is clear from the start, with Bella Hadid opening the show in a very short blazer - almost a bra - and veiled black tights that cover the model's bust. I don't think anything more sensual has been seen since the beginning of the Fashion month, on the catwalks of New York, London and Milan.

If the line is so feminine and provocative, it is certainly not "old" or trivial, indeed. Casey Cadwallader was able to reinterpret the style of the master and to give him modern shapes and colors. A kind of return to the future that we personally are crazy about.

We also liked very much the choice of models, which range from different ethnicities to different body shapes. A collection dedicated to anyone who wants to feel at ease with their body and their sensuality.

Anyway, returning to the real clothes, the show is full of ideas to copy for our next party nights. First of all the contrast, which we have already seen in other shows, between black tights and white shoes, unusual but very scenic. And then the three must haves of the collection. The first is the double-colored top, blush and black, which passes around the shoulders and wraps the wrist and hands like a glove. The extra long earrings with zircons, decidedly elegant, decidedly sensual, capable of turning any look on their own. And last but not least the capri leather pants of the second look, fabulous!
