Is the future of fashion already here?

As we all know (and this is a reason of great interest to us) sustainability is now the focal point of any maison that deserve respect. It is therefore essential for a new brand to think about production problems, the materials used and, of course, find its own very recognisable style in order to be able to stand out and draw attention.

Here is that Susan Fang, a young brand born in 2017, manages to capture all these characteristics, to make them her own and to let us talk about her at the Milan fashion week.

Her show is an intricate set of innovative design and femininity, thanks to the clothes made with the technique she calls "air-weave" and to the heavy decorations of crystal beads in contrast with the lightness of the garments. Her work is particularly innovative. The garments have various layers of fabric including mesh motifs and colored feathers; The sandals with pearls are made with a biodegradable thermoplastic polyurethane sole (absolutely adorable).

Susan Fang is based in London, where she graduated from Central Saint Martins, but has lived in various places around the world, starting from China where she was born, to the United States and Canada. All this has led her to have a global and extremely modern vision of fashion, with all the skills in order to drive young people crazy, especially regarding accessories.

We just have to wait for her future "floating" collection.
