EDITORIALS
FOR NEXT PRINT ONLY SS20 PIECES
Must be UNPUBLISHED and EXCLUSIVE.
Though some images may be rejected, we do not accept editorials that have been published elsewhere. This means that none of the photos
can be sent to other magazines (this ensures exclusivity), or have been published on any platform by anyone of the team (unpublished).
We accept submissions ONLY by the copyright owner of the images.
EVERY BRAND MUST NOT APPEAR IN MORE THAN TWO DIFFERENT LOOKS.
EACH PIECE MUST BE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY IN A LOOK (es. NOT using same shoes for different looks)
We need a minimum of 8 looks in 8 different shots, or more.You can easily submit via Kavyar here:

Or attach the serie in a small pdf , along with the credits in an editable document, and send to
in this way:
Each shot must have a number.
Credits need to be written like this:
Skirt Armani (first letter of each word in uppercase)
Shoes Valentino
etc... along with the number of image to which it refers.
We also need to know the team credits of your story.
PLEASE DON'T SEND 1 HUNDRED IMAGES TO US,
TAKE A DECISION ON WHICH ARE THE DEFINITIVE SHOTS
Be sure to include the right credits and links of each person of the team and brands.
We can not change them a day before publication (or after).
For fashion submissions, wardrobe credits are required.
We can not accept editorials with one only brand credit - those are advertorials.
If you have an advertorial please write us an email to have a publication.
The same brand should not appear in more than two shots.
For Beauty submissions, makeup credits are required.
If you want individual photo with a particular concept is taken for the issue,
you can write to hello.latestmagazine@gmail.com to take a media kit.
AFTER APPROVAL
We will send you an email with our release form.
We advise you to send the form back quickly as a late response risks not being included in the issue.
If accepted, send us resized images in 300dpi 8,5"x11" via wetransfer or dropbox.
The magazine reserves the right to publish only a part of the images you submitted,
even if the story has been accepted, images not taken are OUTTAKES.
Also, if you or members of your team post images that LATEST did not publish, please clearly state that it is an OUTTAKE
(outtakes can not be sent to other magazines as a new submission - see on the top about EXCLUSIVITY).
You can not publish the images till the issue is out.
Only one image of the editorial approved can be published as a preview, more or less a week before the publication.
All images have to be credited to LATEST when published on a platform by any of your team.
The magazine can not provide any free copy, you can easily buy it here when it will be out.
Free digital tear sheets will be provided upon request from submitter only, after publication.
PULL LETTER
We can provide you a pull letter after viewing and approving your portfolio and team.
We need a minimum of 8 different looks for commissions.
Keep in mind that a letter can't guarantee a publication, we always have to see the final images first.
WEBITORIALS

SAME GUIDELINES as for editorials, but:
Webitorials should have a minimum of 6 different looks in 6 different shots
We don't need the high resolution image for web, but at least 1500 pixels on the longest side.
